0I will not be giving admin access for obvious reasons.
I am running the latest version fo Joomla.
Joomla 3.6.2
Latest version of Invoice Manager 2.1.1
Latest version of Invoice Manager Plugin 1.0.0
After Installing Invoice Manager I was presented with a blank screen in administration when I try and open any part of Invoice Manager.
Even turning on the debug in Joomla and setting error reporting to development there is no errors displayed.
When viewing the page source all I can see is the following.
<html>
<head>
<style>
@media (min-width: 1200px) and (min-height: 800px){
body{
overflow-x: hidden;
overflow-y: hidden!important;
}
}
</style>
</head>
<body></body>
</html>
What is the solution? I'm sure someone must have had the same issue.
Thanks,
John O Connor. -

0nobody has had the same issue, otherwise I would have told you the solution already.
I was asking backend access simply to help, nothing more. I don't know what is causing this, specially if you can't see any error message of any kind even with debug turned on.
all I can think is maybe some DB update went wrong on the installation of the new version. But can't tell really if I can't see it..
have you tried to install it again? just re-install to see what happens.
this is of course no normal behavior - upgrades just go smoothly almost every time. -

0Under Extensions Manage I uninstalled the extension.
I then proceeded to install again thinking this would solve the issue. Same happens. Blank screen in admin straight after install.
I have decided to stop using it. The last update was full of glitches also. Constant problems with always having to refresh the browser for any changes to be displayed after editing Invoices. -

0Hello
I can asure you the version 2.1.1 works fine, you are the first user to report this problem you are reporting. And clearly it has nothing to do with refreshing the browser, the problem is something else of course...
I'm very sorry to hear that you won't want to keep using it. If you still want to give it a try, I'll be more than happy to try to assist you if you can provide (privately) limited joomla backend access so I can take a look. It's the only way I can help, because I'm unable to replicate this issue on my end, and haven't seen it before.
I'm official technical support from JoomlaThat, if that is what was worrying you. You can email me at support@ joomlathat.com
Many thanks. -
