Blank page after install Issue

Hi,

I have just bought and installed Invoice Manger. I've published the plugins and refreshed the browser.
All I get is a blank page.

I'm using the latest version of Invoice Manger, Joomla 3.6.5 and PHP 5.3.29

Any ideas?
