Would be great if I could just type what the total tax dollar amount is as an option versus having to type in percentage.
What I have to do is use some math to find the percentage
TOTAL Cost - Cost (without tax) then divide that total by Cost to give Tax % . (real painful)

0Thanks. We get so many receipts for items we purchase that doesn't provide the VAT and instead it just says how much was taken for taxes which is the reason I asked. I've been trying to calculate the % but its very difficult so my choices are either just put total and leave tax at 0 or attempt at finding the percentage manually.
Figured it would be a suggestion in case others are running into the same thing. Obviously keeping track of taxes could pay back something at the end of the year.
