0a redirect loop has nothing to do with a "vulnerability", all the opposite. This means it is actually not letting you access this page because you don't have enough permissions. are you logged in when trying to access that page?
in any case, if you want PM the details and I'll point you to the right direction. -

0Yes I am logged into the web site as an Super User. Ever since we installed this, it has effected our entire community site. Although we are still waiting on gavick updates for our template which has caused majority of issues. I am going to PM you access. The links for the new components from Joomla That are installed and enabled on the Fan Portal Link (Main Menu) and once you click on that you will see the on the the sub menu (Jom Social Toolbar where we wish to have these links enabled at)-
