well, partially: this info is stored in the system, YES, so you can for instance create a module that says: top voted articles with 1 star. another that says: top articles voted with 2 stars.
etc.
what you need is one single module to say: 1 star votes, 2 star votes, etc?
this is not directly available but since the info IS recorded we could build a custom solution to display this!
