I purchased Content Statistics from you several times and use it on several sites. There is a situation where I want to uninstall Content Statistics from a site, however, when I uninstall (through Extension->Manage), it still shows the component on my system (see picture).
How do I remove Content Statistics 100%? Thank you so much (and by the way, I have purchased several of your products and they are all great).
PS - I hope you don't tell me that I need an Active Subscription in order to get help un-installing. :-)
