How to: Show Income and Expenses in Graph

I've got the module positions defined in my templateDetails.xml file as needed, and I can select the position via the module config/parameters on the back end.

However I'm having trouble showing Income, Outcome, and Balance.... like the screenshots of the promo's showed
All the graphs I've created only show outcome

I'm just wanting to show the "Income" vs "Outcome" and the "Balance" bar graphs

What, any assistance would be great.

Hello!

have you checked our documentation? there's an article that explains how to do this: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/expense-manager/graphic-reports

have you read it?

In the Content Stats Evolution Module...
is the criteria parameter supposed to have more then 1 option on the drop down? (when content provider is Expense Manager)
Because mine is just got "1) Expense grossing"
... logically i would presume that this criteria parameter field should be at least 3 variables
    Expense grossing ... aka outcome
    Earning grossing ... aka income
Balance ..... aka both income and outcome

Am I missing plugins or something?

I thought that perhaps I was misunderstanding how this is all supposed to work:
So I decided to get REALLY Basic to try to wrap my mind around how this graphs work.
    I created to Categories

    Primary Income
    Gas

I've tried using the caparison evolution one as well and
... even if I specify the category ID for 1 on the first parameter set
... and then specify the category ID for 2 on the second parameter set

Yet still only the expense category renders on the line graph (or bar) ... even if I go reverse order on what category I want to specify first in the module parameters.

This is starting to get really frustrating because for the life of me I can't not get anything other than outcome to render on a graph.

Please help give a step by step of what its going to take to have a graph of Green income, Red outcome, Black balance .... just like the demo of expense manager shows.
