I have been working on this for last few days. The Content Statistics module seems to be heavily bugged. When I try to do a look-up on the component homepage by selecting one of the users it just returns a blank page (white page completely) without any joomla errors or backend structure. I then can still access my back end but if I try going to the module again it just gives me that same white page. After few hours it starts working again. When it's working I am having trouble finding the MAPS module for creating a geo location, or Content Statistics (EVOLUTION IN TIME) module. I get no existing module with that name and no content statistics module option for new module. I have found little help on the forum, and quite frankly it is becoming more of a nuisance than it's worth?
I e-mailed about this issue last week and heard nothing back?

0Hello Alan,
When did you send us an email? I have just re-checked our email inbox I and I don't seem to find this email. to which address did you send it?
Usually we respond immediatelly to emails about malfunctions... if I had seen your email you would have had an answer.
In any case: the behavior you describe looks very strange. since you say that it stops working when you apply some filter on the component (is that it?), the problem must be there. the fact that it is "working again" after a few hours is probably simply because the session is expiring and the filter is cleaned.
the only way that I can see what is failing is to take a look at it directly. can you send me access at support@ joomlathat.com?
also, if you can describe which particular action you do when it stops failing, I'll check on that.
as for the modules: the name "Content Statistics (EVOLUTION IN TIME)" is the default name of the module when it's installed. after that if you want to create new ones you just need to click NEW and search for the module type you want to create...
