Content criteria and selector fields always empty

Hello,

I have selected a content provider in the module setting but content criteria and selector fields are still empty. Of course nothing appears...

    this is strange... you are installing this on joomla 2.5 right?
    could you provide me joomla access so I can take a look?

    I can't help you if I don't see the problem in-situ, so I can take a look at any JS errors that may be showing up. that's why I asked for Joomla access..

    can you provide it?
