plg_contentstats_3.0.0_3.x error on install Issue

Hello,

When i try to instal plg_contentstats_3.0.0_3.x it give me this error "parsererror".

    that's weird.. which joomla version are you using?

    Hello,

    The joomla version is 3.8.6 . The problem was from the joomla installer system with drag and drop. When I try to install with browse it work. But now I face with the following problem. When I go to components->Content Stattisitcs I see this message "You don't have any extension plugins for Content Statistics enabled in your site. Please, proceed to install at least one extension plugin for Content Statistics to start tracking data. Read our installation instructions for more information" . The plugin is enable. Why this message?
