Bug in installer plugin !

When the content stats installer plugin is enabled Joomla throws an error when trying to install other extensions. See attached error.

    which version of joomla are you using?

    in the meantie, disable the plugin "installer" for content statistics.

    I used version 3.8.10 - now 3.8.11
