Good morning, sir,
We have a problem with the Content Statistics component and that is that we access through a CDN that acts as a proxy. When we are working from our IP, the component does record DOCMAN and CONTENT events, that is, if we open a PDF from https://myip.com the component works, but if we open a PDF from https://mywebpage the component does not record events of any kind.
Can you help us? Thank you

I really don't.
The administration of the portal is done from a static IP, and changes to that IP affect the public domain. Therefore, the admin (IP) does not register the downloads that are made from the public domain of the web. -

I really can't answer that without seeing it live myself...
I'm sorry.
Probably my English isn't too good.
In my company, for security reasons, we access the administration of Joomla through VPN. And the changes we make from the IP are replicated on the external portal.
Example:
With URL: https://my_ip/my_document.pdf the component works OK and it counts one PDF download
but with URL: www.url.com/my_document.pdf">https://www.url.com/my_document.pdf it doesn't
Where my_IP == www.url.com -
