I enabled my content statistics - Community Builder plugin to log all CB activities, including new registrations (see screenshot of plugin configuration).
I can see 8 registrations in the past 3 days (according to CB User Manager) but there are no new registrations in the statistics. The statistics does show user logins and logouts as expected so I know the plugin is recording something.
Can you advise?

0No, that doesn't seem to work. Just to confirm we have the option "new user account activation" is set to "self" so the user clicks on a link in an email to confirm. Is this the action you would expect to be tracked? Is there any other dependency/configuration option you expect to have set for this to work?-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoyes, that shold be recorded. the user activating his account with the confirm link. Maybe there's something we're missing, I can check this.

0It's a very old thread, I know, but is it solved?
I've got exactly the same situation. Activation via E-Mail link. Plugin is set to "register new registrations" = yes.
Table #__content_statistics has no records for component='com_comprofiler' and type=3. Login/logout (type 4/5) works fine.
Maybe this hint is important: when working with cb you usually disable joomla user registration function. So am I. Just cb handles the registration process.
Thanks,

0Thanks for answer and offered help. My test environment is a copy of the production environment and includes money account information and personal data.
Therefore, I must not grant access to someone else.
I will have a deeper look at your code and CB's trigger. If I find thomething out I will post it here. If not, I will try to prepare an environment and give you access to it.
Thanks,
Michael
