Content statistics activity page is blank

Content statistics activity page is blank Issue

Hi

I have Joomla 3.8.7 and am using Content Statistics to track K2 (v2.8.0) and Docman (v3.2.0) views/downloads.

The views/downloads are being tracked in the database but the activity page is showing up blank.

I have just upgraded CS from v1.9.1 to v2.0.0 hoping that would solve the problem but the Activity page is still blank.

Do you know what the problem could be?

I have same problem
Joomla 3.8.7
Access Page and blank screen;
I change to Maximum datail error report in configuration, but dont show nothing.
Any idea?

When i acces content statistics the page was blank:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_contentstats

Hi

you have the standard package.. you need the Extended verision to have access to that page and texhnical support for it..

Ok, i upgrade the plan, download component, installation was ok;
Problem persists.
/administrator/index.php?option=com_contentstats
page blank

it was just blank, you reinstalled and now it's all fine?

Germinal Yes but with a fresh install so no stats in there.
I did some testing my self and I think the problem was caused by to many records in the collected stats... When I deleted the stats it worked okay at my testsite...
