0 SQL= Error on Filter

In the backend component, whenever I filter for something like com_login, I get the error:

An error has occurred.

    it happens with all the component filters? are there any other filters on?

    Actually, it is only happening with the com_login. However, once I get the error once, it will not clear out and only redirects to Control Panel if I try to go to a different component. There are no other filters on besides component=com_login.

    I just checked console and it says:
    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
    index.php:23
