Timezone difference Issue

Dear support,

We face an issue with the AT timezone. In order to present the issue we just created a new log manually and the time that shows in the front end is 16:01 but as per our Joomla timezone this should be 21:01. We attach a photo where you can see the issue with the two red arrows.
