Should I renew AffiliateTracker Issue

Germinal (or whoever reads this),
I have renewed my subscription to AT almost one year ago, so it is due for renewal soon.
I have received no support since then and not even an acknowledgment except for a note 10 months ago stating you couldn't view the file I had sent you - so we still have exactly the same issue as we did a year ago, i.e. AT is just not working for us.
FYI, we just did a fresh install to test AT and there are still issues. It appeared to be working fine until we started adding affiliates, then it stopped.
My question: are you still in business and are you still supporting AT, or will renewing AT be another waste?

The present situation is very unfortunate because AT is exactly what we need and we love it (when it works).

    Still awaiting a reply from you.
    I see that you reply to other posts (as of Dec 4), so obviously you are still in business and still supporting AT.
    We would love to be able to continue using AT (since 2019), but although we paid for service until Sep 2024 we've had no reply from you since Nov 24, 2023.
    We are wiling to renew, but only if assured we will be getting support for the issues we've been having for well over a year now.
