Hi,
I am running an affiliate marketing campaign for clubs.
1) club registers, shares affiliate link with every child
2) each child registers using club affiliate link.
3) child shares their own affiliate link to their friends and family to sell product
4) the child earns zero commission on all sales AND the club earns 10% commission on all sales made through all child links
This way the earnings of the campaign are managed by the club - not by the child, and the also gets to see the stats/sales made by each child.
how do I configure the second level as 0%? When I enter 0 for the second level it disappears....?

which extension are you using for sales?
just go to the plugin (for example, if you use VirtueMart, go to the plugin named "Affiliate Tracker for VirtueMart").
there you can set the default level commissions for sale. You have to input "0,10"
(this means first level gets 0%, second level gets 10%).
see first screenshot.
If you want to change the commission settings for already-existing account, just open the account, and on the right of the screen, where it says "Commission details for extensions", just set the numbers for your extension (see second screenshot)

What you're describing is that you want the FIRST level to be 0% and the second to be 10%, not the other way around.
Levels "go UP", not down.
if the child provides a sale, the child gets the FIRST level commission, and the parent gets the second level commission.. as is supposed to work, just like in any other multi-tier affiliate level..
