is the payplans plugin installed and enabled? what's its configuration?

Yes, I have 3 affiliate tracker plugins enabled.

Affiliate Tracker - Payment - Paypal plugin enabled. Paypal Currency USD, Paypal Secure post no, paypal use sandbox, no.
Affiliate System plugin enabled - Cookie lifetime =30
Payplans affiliate tracker enabled. - Automatically approve new conversions (no), When to trigger the conversion(on invoice paid)

Hello - I also have the exact same issue with the affiliate tracking system setup, but not logging the referrals, and hence not applying the payplans sale to the account.
I am using Joomla 3.3.6 with affiliate tracker 1.0.2 with (PayPlans - Affiliate Tracker) and (System - Affiliate Tracker ) activated. Can you please advise how I can get this working.

Hello, sorry about the delay in response. I tested the system with the other setting on and still it did not work. The only time it records a conversion is when someone is already logged into an existing account when subscribing to a premium package. If a new user wants to create an account on the site starting at the premium package, it does not record the conversion.

Please, try this:

- download and install the newest version of the Affiliate Tracker core plugin (version 1.0.2)
- download and install the plugin for USERS for affiliate tracker (version 1.0.1). enable the plugin.

with these 2 upgrades, the conversions on PayPlans should be recorded even if the user is registering at the moment of purchase.

The update did not work but not that I am reading this, is the USERS affiliate plugin a new plugin?

it is a different plugin, yes. to make your system work with PayPlans the way you have, you have to install this additional plugin (you can download in your downloads area)

Still not working. I installed and enabled the additional "Users" affiliate plugin. Added the affiliate tag after the webpage, checked to see if it registered in the logs (it did), clicked register and registered as a premium member but it still does not record as a conversion in the back-end. The pay plans affiliate plugin is set to register a conversion "On Subscription activation", I checked the payplans subscription page and the new subscription is there with "Subscription active"

Lots of time spent testing and still not working properly. Frustrated at this point. Do you have any ideas why its still not working?
