Paypal payment problem and Offline payment not display: No PayPal email available

Hi,
Consider, all plugin activated correctly, settings and text seems ok, Emails paypal correct, and a user received commission ok in their account.
BUT When the administrator want to pay the user, it's written = " No PayPal email available " but Emails are OK and set

this text is written in offline tab !

    has the user filled out his paypal email in the field "paypal email" of his account, in the frontend?

    Hi,

    After install in other website, yes it should work...but on a website actually online and difficult to make test on it, your extension affiliate seems not working by front end=
    I mean when we want to create a new account from links affiliate tracker, the form does not appear ! the middle of page is blank, the link is coorect !!

    I do not understand why your form do not appear!? do you have any idea about ?

    I understood what happen= It's beacause SH404 works !

    you wrote me before buy, your extension works with SH404 !

    when we stop sh404 ( url optimization) all works with affiliate tracker !

    What do you suggest please ?

    hello!

    I suggest you go to sh404 and configure Affiliate Tracker to work with mode "component router" instead of using sh404 routing options.

    can you try this? please let mw know
