Not working when Search Engine Friendly URLs is ON

Hello,
Installed the Affiliate Tracker component.
It does not work when Search Engine Friendly URLs is set to YES on my joomla configuration.

I need to use Search Engine Friendly URLs, so what is the solution to this?'

    No errors at all, only blank pages.
    when I swich off the Search Engine urls, it works perfect.

    something must be failing, the SEF option should always work for Affiliate Tracker. can you send me joomla access at support@ joomlathat.com so I can check?
