New payment to user 3 and amount owed to user -3 increased on accounts view of backend,why? Issue

Hello,
When I new payment to any user, for example, $3, and in result of amount owed to user has -$3 increased on accounts view of backend,why?What is the logic?Check the attachments

that's just because you have added payments to the user, but he has no "conversions" for that value. therefore the amount owed to him is -3...

this is normal. to have an amount of 0, you need to have conversions for this user too.
