Hi, I've just set up a test account for my own site - i've used a different email address to the admin of my site and the account was successfully set, however it had a 'pending' status. I didn't receive an email saying that a new affiliate had joined or that i needed to approve anyone's status.
Just wondering if i've missed something or if there's something else i need to set?

0Hi Germinal,
yeah it's on a live site - the virtuemart side of things emails and i get notifications if i register as a test user, just didn't get any emails for a new affiliate. Once i went into the component in the backend and activated the account i received an email saying that i had been accepted as an affiliate. So that phase worked.. it just didn't send anything in the first place.
I checked the spam folder also, but nothing in there - the address is correct i double checked that also..-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agothat's weird.. I mean, that the emails are working, all except one. hmm.. could you maybe send me access to the website (joomla and FTP) at support@ joomlathat.com so I can take a look?

0I've sent the details across to you Germinali think it is an issue with the system plugin as you have mentioned, but i have not been able to fix it? i tried installing it again but i wasn't able to uninstall it in the first place.
However i can't see that plugin in the extensions manager, only the other plugins i have uploaded and the component.. not sure if this is normal behaviour of a plugin in the system folder or not?
