How to I show Virtuemart order numbers in the conversions overview?
Issue 1: We have very few products and multiple payment options such as bank transfer, PayPal & credit card. Sometimes, when customers chose 'bank transfer' they never actually make a payment. The affiliate tracker however simply states "VirtueMart Order" and the amount. In summary, if no payment is ever made, then the affiliate partner should not get paid! How do show order numbers in the backend? These aren't $1 conversion payouts. Each conversion is worth approx. $100.
Issue 2: When a customer returns a product, our affiliate get the commission cancelled. Again, without seeing Virtuemart order numbers, we cannot compare these to cancelled orders and remove/reject the conversion.

1) the conversions are only created when the order is "confirmed".. in the scenario you're describing, is the order set to "confirmed" even if the user has not paid? that's not usual configuration...
You can find order number inside each conversion. if you want to show it also in the conversion list, we need to add a bit of code, not much. -

1) The order is 'confirmed by shopper'. The affiliate tracker seems to now know the difference between confirmed and confirmed by shopper.
2) thanks, I've spotted the 'External reference ID' within the conversion.
2a) It would be nice if the order number would be in the conversion list as it's much faster to process this way.
2b) It would also be great if this was a link, so that we could simply click on it and see more details rather than opening Virtuemart and checking there.
3) Will a Virtuemart refund automatically cancel the conversion or do we manually have to remove it?
