Formatting the Page cleaner

The formatting on the affiliate tracker page is not good. The spacing is off and the buttons not aligned very well.

See the attached image for wha is needed to clean up the formatting.

Please advise on how to do that.

    looks there's a bit of conflict between two CSS bootstrap files being loaded. if you can send me FTP access I'll try to solve this.
