Edit the subscription name of OS Membership Subscription

Hi Germinal

In the conversion overview is the string «OS Membership Subscription» in the Subscription column -> see screenshot.
Is there a way to put in there the title of the subscription instead this general value?

these strings are generated by the plugin when the conversion happens.

    Meanwhile i see after a Renewal an other string too -> see screenshot.

    Are this entries in a lang file somewhere?

    At least it would be nice to got there the Title of the OS Membership Plan instead this useless title of coz with the addition of New and/or Renewal ... or similar.
