Confirmation email formatting

Hi there,

Will you be changing the confirmation email formatting in the future?

A typical confirmation email below using table names and without any style sheet formatting e.g. formatting from the website template (template CSS)?

    I'm not sure to understand the question...

    this is the email you're receiving? this means the language tags are not being translated. which language are you using?

    Yes this is the email that I am receiving. I am using English. How do I check if the language tags are not being translated? Is this a PHP or Joomla function or other?

    well this is quite strange, it's like the language file is not being loaded. did you modify the language file in any way?

    if not, could you send me access to the website?
