Sorry to bother you but I was wondering if someone might be able to help me. We have set up Affiliate Tracker in our Joomla / Virtuemart site. We've just created an order, paid via PayPal, but no commission in showing for the affiliate user.
We've installed the component and the plugin, plus set up both so I'm not sure what I've done wrong?
Any help would be great.
