I just purchased and installed Affilaite tracker on my Joomla 3.8.11

I setup a multilevel commission in the affilaite tracker invoice plugin:

(if I understood wel, your doc ask to configure multilevel here)

I setup 20% commission

I created some test affiliate users with a parent-affiliate relation

I simulated some sales process and it works fine. The code see the conversion;

But I have 2 big problems:
1- The commission is wrong. It is giving 10% to the affilate when I set it up for 20%.
2- The multilevel commission doesn't wrok as I don't see any conversion or payment for the godfather member.

It seems we have serious issue. Could you help me to fix that please?
