Can you access the Affiliate Tracker component even with this error?
The only way I can check what could be happening is to access the Joomla admin backend myself and try it.

Shortly after your response I created a user account and emailed you the details but have since not had a response.

Could you please answer the previous question about what the the support time frame is and operating hours so I can plan my schedule...

However, not answering my question on your support policy is a bit of a concern.

I'm close to running out of patience and on the verge of asking for a refund.

The support on the weekend is mostly closed (except for urgencies). You did send the access to your site indeed, but on a Sunday.

I will take a look at it today.

However if you prefer to get a refund on your purchase, I can do that instead.
