I'd like to provide affiliates with some insight into "who" is enrolling in Membership Pro, and an extra field or two so that we can manually add a couple more details.

The way that I imagine this, is to provide another tab that draws data from the conversion details. For each conversion, we'll need more fields that we can manually add items like Full Name, Business, and possible 2 other fields, in the admin back-end. These items would then display in the affiliate's dashboard, in the front-end, in this extra tab.
