Hey Guys,
I am new to affiliate tracker. It looks like great software. I purchased this earlier to be able to integrate an affiliate system with my payplans subscriptions But im having a few issues.
1. My site looks nothing like the demo site after installation. It looks very condensed and crunched on top of one onother where the demo has these nice columns, mine doesnt show columns just a line of links
2. In the configuration screen of affiliate tracker (options Menu), it asks for an item number. What item number is this refering to. I assumed that it was refering to the menu item id. I inserted my menu item id and i am still not being able to track conversions, referals, or anything else. i have the payplans plugin installed and activated but still am getting nothing. the demo site looks and functions great. i would like to get that out of my site. However, with the limited documentation that i have found in the support tab of your site, it leaves alot for me to have to figure out on my own. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

1. don't worry, this is just that Bootstrap is not being loaded by your template, so we will need to tell affiliate tracker to load it. this is just one line of code. if you're ok modifying code, I can tell you what to add and where.
2. the "default itemid" is only for SEF purposes - it has nothing to do with the tracking of the conversions.
if you want I can take a look at this to see what's missing, I'm sure it's just something you're missing.
I'm asuming you have installed the main "system" plugin, and also created an affiliate account to actually access the site using the link and then track the conversions, right? -

0Yes i have created several affiliate accounts with no luck. also i have installed the main system plugin and enabled it as well. i am decent at code, not a pro lol. any help would be much appreciated-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoI have actually just added the "extra code line" into our official package (to avoid this issue to anyone else). so, you can just download it again (just the component) and reinstall it.
as for the actual "tracking" part, I would need to check it myself. can you send me joomla access to your site?
just to be sure.. you are saying that you are accessing the site (your site) using an affiliate link (with the ?atid= variable), and it doesn't get tracked even as a referral??

0actually i do have one last question. Does Afilliate tracker cover multi-tier or just single tier?-
