Adwords error - don't appears in conversions

Hi,
i created an account for adwords campaing and i see in the logs people who comes from there.
But when they buy the cookie don't works and it don't consideres the conversion.
See bellow an exemple:

This ip is in the logs as awords:

This ip bought and it is confirmed in virtuemart but in the conversions it is empy.

Does anybody as the same problema and know how to solve it?

    the person who accessed the site and purchased, did he do it with an affiliate link?

    Yes. It apears in the logs with the ip and from the Google adword account created in affiliate tracker.
    Is it possible that the cookie from Google removes the cookie from affiliate tracker?

      no.. that's not possible. so, you can see the log, but not a conversion?

    yes. i put the log in the first message. i saw the ip of the sale in virtuemart and i looked in the log and it is there and this is not the first time. All the sales i have confirmed from adwords i found them in the logs but the conversion don't consider them.
    what seems to be the problema? do you have any reports on that?

      I would have to see it directly. can you send me joomla access? is the virtuemart-affiliates plugin enabled?

    yes. the plugin is ok and i'm receiving conversions from other affiliates that i opened. All of them are configured the same way and with the same link and the only diference is the sufix i put for each affiliate.
