Full reports

Any time you want, you can allways check the Paper Shape reports view to stay informed of everything happening around. The reports view keeps track of all the logs that the users do and analyzes them.

We have provided this view with some handly filters that will help you know what is going on on every project, what are the users working on, and more...

The filters you have available are:

• Project: Show only the logs of a specific project
• User: Filter the logs by the user who made them
• Zoom: Set the interval of time that you want to see in the logs list. The possibilities are day, week and month. Once you have set the zoom, you can go back and foward in time with the two arrows.

Big boxes

On the top of the list you can see some big informative boxes displaying information relative to the logs that are currently being displayed. This means that when you change the filters the big boxes will be automatically updated.

Export CSV

For the admins, export the reports as CSV is a very useful feature. For this reason, we have added the export button in the filter bar. It is there to ilustrate that when you change the filters an export the list as CSV, you will only export the logs that match the filters.
