What does a subscription include?
During the subscription duration you have access to all files, new releases and support.
Will the software stop working after 1 year?
No. The software will work forever, the only thing that ends after 1 year is the technical support and access to upgrades
Will my subscription extend automatically?
No, your subscription will not be extended automatically. You will be notified by email prior to your subscription expiration. That way you are able to purchase a new subscription if you'd like to.
My subscription expired, how can I renew and reactivate my account?
If you want to renew just pick a subscription on our store, and proceed to pay, so the new subscription gets added to your existing account.
What does "site license" mean?
You can use our products on multiple sites. However, technical support will be given only for 1 live site.
Can I upgrade my subscription type?
Yes, you can upgrade your package just by paying the difference. Please contact us if you need to upgrade.
What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments and also Credit Card payments, done through the PayPal site without the need of having a PayPal account
I'm an EU company with a valid EU VAT ID. Do I have to pay the EU VAT tax?
No, you don't (**except for Spain). If you provide a valid EU VAT ID on the last step of the buying process, the "check out", you won't have to pay the EU VAT tax.

According to EU directives, starting on January 1st, 2019, all EU internal transactions must be charged with the VAT of the country selling the goods. In our case, this is Spain, with a 21% tax rate.
