After submitting the registration form i get 404 Not Found

Hello,

On "New account" page, I get "404 Not Found" error when submitting the form.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

    I had created a menu item for each view (conversions, traffic, accounts, payments) and each time I was trying to submit the registration form I was getting a 404 error.
    I deleted all the menu items and created only 1 for the accounts view and the problem gone.

    Maybe a conflict, don't know exactly.
